"Wake up....... wake uuuuup" a voice echoed through Ender's mind as she groggily sat up. Her hand brushing against the sand she was laying on.... wait sand? She didn't remember falling asleep on a beach... She looked at her surroundings, finding herself on an island of sorts, the sea to her left and a jungle to her right, "Where.... am I?" she asked groggily. "This.... is Neverland...." a voice responded. She whipped around, there was no one there, "W-Who's there?" she called out. No one was there, nothing but her own shadow. "Follow the shadow....." the voice spoke. "The.... shadow...?" Sure enough a shadowy figure beckoned her from the trees, wanting her to follow. Hesitantly, she did, following the shadow into the jungle, traveling along a flower strewn pathway leading to a large tree with flowers at the top, a golden dust gently floating down from the petals. The town of Storybrooke was a rather quite little place, small number of residents and rarely ever had any tourists and when they did, they never left the same as they did coming in. Ender was one of these rare tourists, having learned about the town from a man she met while traveling. The man was rather specific on how to enter the town and she very carefully followed these instructions to the letter, allowing her access to this quiet little town. When she arrived the first place to catch her eye was a little pawn shop... "Mr. Gold Pawnbroker and Antiques Dealer....." she muttered aloud, reading the sign before stepping inside. The store was chock full of knickknacks and furniture of all sorts, it almost had a sort of... magical yet unsettling vibe to it as she looked around. She then paused for a moment, a secret door in the back of the shop suddenly creaked open as if sensing her presence, beckoning her to enter. Alright- just what WAS this thing? Matt had went out shopping a bit back- he'd gotten a little extra from his paycheck and figured he deserved something to spruce up the house. Headed to the mall, he was surprised that there was a new store there- and it wasn't even a big chain franchise or anything! Instead it was this spooky goth spiritual place called “Devildom.” As campy as the place looked, he couldn't deny there were some neat little oddities- especially the one he ended up taking home. It was a decently sized gold sculpture- he had no idea what it was of though. All he could tell was it was vaguely person shaped and…that was it. The cashier said it was an idol of some kind- considering how cheap it was despite its size and the fact it was actually solid metal, he decided to take it. Maybe he could resell it later for a bit more or something. But as he sat the bag down in his living room and put the idol on his table, he found his eye drawn to it again. Something about it
